Bij DOUXE Hotel Luxury zijn wij op zoek naar een parttime Verkoopadviseur die onze Concept Store in Amsterdam van woensdag/donderdag tot en met zaterdag komt versterken.

Het bedrijf

DOUXE Hotel Luxury is ’s werelds eerste hotel lifestyle merk.
Ontstaan in Nederland, met een internationale signatuur.

Wij ontwerpen en produceren verfijnde bed-, bad- en spa-collecties voor de mooiste 4- en 5-sterren hotels wereldwijd, én voor consumenten die het ultieme hotelgevoel naar huis willen brengen. Inmiddels is DOUXE een vaste naam binnen de wereld van hoogwaardige hotelproducten; zowel in hospitality als in private interiors.

Alle producten worden met respect voor mens, dier en duurzaamheid vervaardigd in kleinschalige Europese ateliers, waar wij nauw en persoonlijk mee samenwerken. Bewuste luxe en aandacht voor detail vormen de kern van alles wat wij doen.

In 2020 opende DOUXE haar eerste Hotel Lifestyle Concept Store in Den Haag. Een iconische omgeving waar het vijfsterrenhotelgevoel tastbaar wordt: van Egyptisch katoenen bedlinnen tot complete hotelbedconcepten, zoals gebruikt door onder andere Hotel Pulitzer Amsterdam en Hotel Okura.

De rol

Parttime (24-32 uur) - Amsterdam Concept Store

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een hoogwaardige en persoonlijke klantbeleving binnen onze conceptstore. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en weet precies wanneer het moment daar is om te adviseren, te inspireren en te begeleiden.

Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen service en sales en weet met gevoel voor stijl, detail en timing iedere klant te begeleiden naar een aankoop die past bij de wereld van DOUXE.

Wat ga je doen

  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van klanten binnen de conceptstore op een persoonlijke en servicegerichte manier

  • Adviseren bij de oriëntatie en aankoop van bedden, bedlinnen en interieuraccessoires

  • Samenstellen van complete bed- en interieurconcepten passend bij de DOUXE signatuur

  • Zorgdragen voor de uitstraling, kwaliteit en consistentie van de store

  • Proactief bijdragen aan merchandising, voorraad en dagelijkse operatie

  • Vertegenwoordigen van DOUXE als merk binnen de retailomgeving

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken geen traditionele verkoper, maar een representatieve en servicegerichte persoonlijkheid met gevoel voor luxe en beleving.

  • Ervaring binnen retail, hospitality of high-end lifestyle is een pré

  • Gastvrij, commercieel en relationeel sterk

  • Representatief en stijlvol in communicatie en uitstraling

  • Proactief, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk

  • Beschikbaar op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag

Sales Advisor DOUXE Amsterdam Concept Store

At DOUXE Hotel Luxury, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to strengthen our Concept Store in Amsterdam from Wednesday/Thursday through Saturday.

DOUXE Hotel Luxury is the world’s first hotel lifestyle brand.
 Originating in the Netherlands, with an international signature.

We design and produce refined bed, bath, and spa collections for the most beautiful 4- and 5-star hotels worldwide, as well as for consumers who wish to bring the ultimate hotel experience into their homes. DOUXE has since become an established name within the world of high-end hotel products, both in hospitality and private interiors.

All products are crafted with respect for people, animals, and sustainability in small-scale European ateliers with which we collaborate closely and personally. Conscious luxury and attention to detail are at the core of everything we do.

In 2020, DOUXE opened its first Hotel Lifestyle Concept Store in The Hague—an iconic environment where the five-star hotel experience becomes tangible, from Egyptian cotton bed linen to complete hotel bed concepts, as used by, among others, Hotel Pulitzer Amsterdam and Hotel Okura.

The role

Part-time (24–32 hours) – Concept Store Amsterdam

In this role, you are responsible for creating a high-end and personalized customer experience within our concept store. You are the first point of contact and have a strong sense of timing when it comes to advising, inspiring, and guiding customers.

You move effortlessly between service and sales, and with a keen sense of style, detail, and timing, you guide each customer toward a purchase that aligns with the world of DOUXE.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming and guiding customers within the concept store in a personal and service-oriented manner

  • Advising customers during the orientation and purchase of beds, bed linen, and interior accessories

  • Creating complete bed and interior concepts in line with the DOUXE signature

  • Maintaining the store’s appearance, quality, and consistency

  • Proactively contributing to merchandising, stock management, and daily operations

  • Representing DOUXE as a brand within the retail environment

Your profile

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson, but for a representative and service-oriented personality with a strong sense of luxury and experience.

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle is a plus

  • Hospitable, commercially driven, and strong in building relationships

  • Professional and stylish in both communication and presentation

  • Proactive, independent, and responsible

  • Available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
