Marketing & Campaign Specialist DOUXE 

32-40 hours | Amsterdam

DOUXE is growing fast.

From two concept stores to international e-commerce. From exclusive hotel collections to marketplaces. From local campaigns to a European premium brand.

To shape that growth further we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist who can combine strategy with execution.

Your challenge

You are jointly responsible for developing and carrying out our omnichannel marketing strategy.

Together with the Marketing Manager you develop the marketing calendar and contribute ideas on campaigns, collection launches and commercial activations.

From one central plan you translate every campaign to all our sales channels: e-commerce, retail, social media, marketplaces and hotel partners.

You also steer content creation from a content perspective and make sure that performance, branding and creativity reinforce each other.

What will you do?

  • Contributing ideas to the marketing strategy and marketing calendar
  • Developing omnichannel campaigns
  • Setting up and optimising Google Ads (SEA)
  • Managing Meta campaigns
  • Reporting on KPIs and campaign performance
  • Developing paid social media strategies, including Pinterest
  • Briefing and directing content creation
  • Coordinating product introductions and campaigns
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Coordinating PR activities, press relations and brand partnerships to strengthen the visibility and positioning of DOUXE.

Who are we looking for?

You have around 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce and are ready for a role in which you can truly help build a brand.

You are analytical, commercial and creative. You contribute ideas not only on execution, but also on the strategy behind campaigns.

You also have:

  • Bachelor's-level (HBO) working and thinking ability
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4
  • An affinity with e-commerce and omnichannel retail
  • Strong communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
