Accessibility Statement
DOUXE wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with a disability. We are working on the accessibility of douxestore.nl, so that you can view, order and pay for our products without barriers.
What is our service and how does it work? Via douxestore.nl DOUXE sells pillows, duvets, bed linen, bedding sets, box springs and mattresses to consumers. You choose a product, put it in the shopping basket, fill in your details, choose a payment method and complete your order. You then receive a confirmation by email. You can contact us via info@douxe.eu.
Compliance status. We aim for douxestore.nl to comply with the European standard EN 301 549, with WCAG 2.1 level AA, as referred to in the European Accessibility Act (EAA). The website has not yet been fully tested, so we cannot yet say which parts we already comply with. In November 2026 we will have a comprehensive accessibility scan carried out. After that we will update this statement with the outcome: which parts comply and which do not yet.
How are we improving accessibility?
- Scan and improvement plan: in November 2026 we will carry out the scan and draw up an improvement plan.
- Ongoing improvements: we tackle the points for improvement step by step with our development team. With every change to the theme, every new app and every new page, we pay attention to accessibility.
